 All of our vehicles are FULLY INSURED with a USD $10,000,000 insurance policy and we operate
   under the authorities of PUC & ICC. We are regulated with safety regulations as prescribed by the
   U. S. Department of Transportation for the Motor Carrier.

Driver's private accommodation must be paid by chartering party for out-of-town trips. All parking
   and entrance fees to park and attractions must be paid by the chartering party. Any "on the spot"
   cancellation will be charged 100%.

    accidents, bus breakdowns, authority of law, public enemies, strikes, riots or any other natural
    circumstances beyond our control.
